Shipping & Cancellation Policy

RetroKick currently provides complimentary worldwide shipping for a limited duration. The processing and dispatching of orders typically take about 2-5 business days. Our shipping options include:

  • Express: 3 - 8 business days
  • Standard (Insured Package): 7 - 14 business days
  • Standard: 9 - 17 business days

Upon shipping, you'll receive a notification with tracking details.

If, for any reason, you don't receive your order, please contact us immediately. We take pride in our customer service and will promptly work to locate and resolve any issues.

Failed Delivery:

If a package can't be delivered due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address or absent receiver) or if the customer declines to accept the package, it will be returned to RetroKick. Store credits, minus expenses associated with the failed delivery, will be offered and deducted from the total credited amount.

Items Marked as Delivered:

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as delivered. It's advisable to have items delivered to a secure address.

Incorrect Address After Shipment:

Ensuring the correct shipping address is provided is the customer's responsibility. If an incorrect address is provided but you notify us before the item is shipped, we'll make an effort to update it (though this isn't guaranteed). If you inform us after shipping, it's considered your mistake, and no refund will be offered. Therefore, carefully review your shipping address and notify us before shipment for an eligible address change.

Cancellation Policy:

At RetroKick, we aim for a smooth shopping experience. To cancel an order, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Not yet shipped or fulfilled
  • Cancellation requested within one day of placing the order

Note that personalized, customized, or made-to-order items are typically non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Refunds and Charges:

If a cancellation request meets the criteria, we'll refund the full order amount through the original payment method. Shipping fees, taxes, or a processing charge (equivalent to 5% of the order value) may be non-refundable based on circumstances. Refunds are processed promptly, but the crediting time may vary by financial institution.

Exceptions and Non-Cancelable Orders:

Certain orders, like personalized, customized, or made-to-order items, may not be eligible for cancellation. Orders already shipped or fulfilled cannot be canceled; refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further assistance.
