We uphold a 10-day return/exchange policy. This means that you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

For a return or exchange to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@retrokick.store. Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will enable us to assess the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it under all circumstances. To request a replacement, kindly take a photo of the damage and send it to us via email. Once we receive the photo, we will determine an appropriate solution or issue a replacement for the product.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Custom Jerseys, special orders, or personalized items. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Please note that customized products, custom jerseys, special orders, or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. Additionally, orders involving promotions or gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

Customized products are not eligible for exchange. For items that are eligible, please contact us at help@retrokick.store within 10 days of receiving the item to arrange for an exchange. Keep in mind that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

We do not provide return shipping labels. All return and exchange shipping costs are to be covered by the customers.
